Paramount Computer System in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced IT & OT GRC leader to drive enterprise cybersecurity governance across complex IT/OT engagements.

You will lead teams, manage shifts and resources, and report to executives with steering committee updates. A minimum 10 years in IT/OT, a Bachelor's in IT/CS/Engineering, and mandatory PMP plus CISM/ISO/CISSP certifications are required to ensure delivery excellence. Excellent documentation and KPI-driven results are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Saudi national is required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT & OT.
• PMP and cybersecurity certifications (CISM, ISO, CISSP) mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Strong leadership and team management skills include shifts and resource allocation.
• Excellent knowledge and experience managing enterprise engagements across IT and OT environments.
• Excellent delivery of Cybersecurity GRC managed services with SLA/KPI governance.
• Excellent stakeholder and executive communication, including steering committee reporting.
• Excellent documentation and quality management of GRC deliverable.
