Job summary

Maandag® represents a client in the oil and gas industry seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Manager in Saudi Arabia. You will lead OT/ICS cybersecurity strategy and security operations to protect SCADA, DCS, PLCs and critical infrastructure.

You will conduct OT risk assessments, manage vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with IEC 62443 and NIST standards while collaborating with IT, engineering and operations teams to strengthen defenses and incident response.

Qualifications

• Strong OT/ICS cybersecurity experience in oil and gas or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of SCADA, DCS, PLCs and industrial networks.
• Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST and Saudi cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience managing OT security projects and technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
