Recrenza is hiring an IT Operations Manager in Al-Rass, Al-Qassim, Saudi Arabia to lead enterprise systems, IT infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and hands-on SAP Business One expertise, along with ERP process knowledge, SAP HANA/SQL, APIs, reporting, and cybersecurity stewardship.
You will oversee networks, servers, cloud systems, backup, and Microsoft 365 implementations, with strong leadership and PM skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business One (mandatory).
- Knowledge of ERP processes, SAP HANA or SQL, APIs, and reporting.
- Experience with networks, servers, cloud systems, backup, and cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, and automation tools.
- Strong leadership, project management, and analytical skills.
- Transportation, logistics, fleet management, or warehouse experience is preferred.
