Job summary

Private Company is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead the Dynamics 365 implementation and oversee the broader IT function. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will own the technology roadmap, manage internal and outsourced teams, and run technology budgets while ensuring reliable operations during the ERP transition.

Your role will prioritize delivering a successful ERP migration and strengthening governance, risk management, and business continuity across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT leadership with responsibility for core business systems.
• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics ERP, incl. Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
• Experience delivering ERP implementations through go-live.
• Multi-entity ERP delivery with retail/POS and supply-chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Dynamics 365 implementation, migration, integrations, go-live and stabilization.
• Manage implementation partners, oversee design, cost and delivery.
• Oversee retail/POS, data reconciliation and release control.
• Lead IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, user support and continuity.
• Strengthen IT governance, access controls, audit readiness and documentation.
• Manage IT teams, suppliers and budgets, communicating risks clearly.
