Job summary

Qualifications

• BSc in IT or related field.
• Eight years of relevant IT experience.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.
• Familiar with GMP and quality systems.
• Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and servers.
• Project management and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical support team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and email systems.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, security, and DR measures.
• Plan and oversee IT projects and digital transformation.
• Manage IT budget, procurement, vendors and contracts.
• Coach and develop IT staff; promote continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with business units to define tech requirements.
• Monitor performance, audits, and KPIs for IT operations.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, regulations, and confidentiality.
