Job summary

PrimeGate Company is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to manage and support the organization’s IT backbone, including Exchange, AD, Windows servers, and VMware environments. The role emphasizes high availability, security, and performance while providing effective technical support.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in Exchange and AD administration, VM virtualization, and backup/recovery strategies, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and maintaining Microsoft Exchange environments.
• Hands-on Active Directory administration for users, groups, and GPOs.
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions to ensure data availability.
• VMware virtualization experience (vSphere/ESXi).
• Strong Windows Server administration and patching skills.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Relevant Microsoft and VMware certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Exchange environment.
• Manage Active Directory (Users, Groups, GPOs).
• Oversee Windows Server infrastructure and maintenance.
• Administer VMware vSphere/ESXi environments.
• Perform backup and recovery operations to ensure data availability.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Apply security updates and routine maintenance.
• Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver secure IT services.
