Tayseer Finance - التيسير للتمويل is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to maintain on-premises servers, virtualization, backup, storage, email, and endpoints. You will resolve incidents, apply approved changes and support secure, reliable IT services in coordination with infrastructure supervisor and cybersecurity team.

Responsibilities include reviewing monitoring alerts, coordinating with vendors, implementing security hardening, maintaining documentation, and supporting disaster recovery

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• At least 3-4 years at the same position.
• Windows Server 2019 or later; Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS administration.
• VMware vSAN, vSphere Replication and Site Recovery Manager; participation in disaster recovery testing.
• Experience supporting production systems, troubleshooting incidents and implementing changes through documented procedures.

• Implement approved security hardening and vulnerability remediation; maintain system documentation, asset records and change implementation evidence.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows servers, physical infrastructure and VMware virtual machines; monitor system availability, performance and capacity.
• Operate Veeam backup and replication jobs, investigate failures and perform documented restore tests; support disaster recovery exercises.
• Use ManageEngine Endpoint Central to deploy software, manage endpoints and apply approved operating system and application patches
• Support privileged access management through PAM, including approved account onboarding, access troubleshooting and session recording checks.
