Job summary

Leylaty Group in Riyadh is seeking a Junior IT Engineer to support IT operations across hospitality, catering, and F&B facilities. You will assist with technical support, hardware, software, networks, and daily IT operations to ensure reliable technology services.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT and has 0–2 years of experience, with basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and networking. You will work across locations and escalate complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and operations.

• Assist with user accounts, system access, and IT setup for new employees.
• Support network infrastructure and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.
• Provide technical support across multiple locations as required.
• Maintain IT equipment, software, and asset records.
• Follow IT security, backup, and data protection procedures.
• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.

About the Job

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Engineer to support our IT operations across hospitality, catering, and food & beverage facilities. The ideal candidate will assist with technical support, hardware, software, networks, and daily IT operations while ensuring smooth and reliable technology services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees and operational teams.


• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, POS systems, and other IT equipment.


• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.


• Assist with user accounts, system access, and IT setup for new employees.


• Support network infrastructure, Wi‑Fi, and basic system connectivity.


• Assist with POS and technology systems used in F&B and hospitality operations.


• Maintain IT equipment, software, and asset records.


• Follow IT security, backup, and data protection procedures.


• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors.


• Provide technical support across different locations when required.


• Perform other IT-related duties assigned by the IT Manager.
