The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in IT, including at least 3 years in a managerial position. Strong English communication skills, supervisory abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of banking systems are essential. This role entails managing IT operations, developing strategies, and leading a team to ensure efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Full knowledge of spoken and written English.
• Competent use of various application systems.
• Knowledge of banking and electronic banking systems.
• Understanding of database management and programming languages.
