What You’ll Do

• Develop groundbreaking projects by enabling clients to use agile methods and modern approaches in strategic IT implementation.
• Develop and deploy customized training on Agile concepts, values, cultures, behaviors, and practices, while coaching teams in day‑to‑day problem solving.
• Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while balancing overarching technical solutions and client circumstances.
• Carve the path for tailored, future‑oriented customer journeys based on precise analysis and current market developments such as machine learning.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master or Product Owner with agile software development teams.
• Proven track record of orchestrating transition and coaching teams for large and complex Agile programs, transferable at all levels of the organization.
• Strong knowledge of buzzwords such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, AI, and robotics.
• Enthusiasm for tackling complex digital challenges and sharing solutions.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts.
• Formal qualifications in agile or industry certifications (e.g., Scrum Alliance CSM / CSPO / CSD / CSP, Scrum.org PSM / PSPO / PSD, SAFe SAFe 5 / SPC) highly desirable.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills.
• Willingness to travel to client locations in the Middle East and beyond.
