Water Transmission Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior IT Audit lead to guide the development and execution of the internal IT audit program. You will secure resources, oversee implementation of the audit plan across all departments, and deliver improvement action plans.

You will develop policies and controls, set KPIs, ensure regulatory and ESG compliance, manage audit reports, and coordinate with external bodies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS or Information Systems; MBA or relevant master's preferred.
• Experience in developing and executing internal IT audit programs and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Develop IT Audit policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned IT Audit activity and provide continuous improvement recommendations.
• Develop IT Audit’s strategic and operational plans aligned to WTCO’s strategy and objectives.
• Develop IT Audit’s budget and identify cost reduction or performance improvement opportunities.
• Fulfil ESG responsibilities and requirements in line with strategy and ESG initiatives.
• Set IT Audit’s KPIs and monitor progress toward WTCO objectives.
• Identify competency needs and provide HR recommendations.
• Develop audit reports timely and ensure compliance with standards.
• Delegate duties within the team when needed.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of IT Audit’s systems.
• Ensure work is carried out in line with annual plans and instructions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations and WTCO standards.
• Escalate problems to close cases efficiently.
• Manage audits according to annual plan and standards.
