Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated IT Asset Management Analyst in Saudi Arabia to oversee asset lifecycles, tagging, and inventory control. You will manage custodian, warranty, and end-of-life details in the assets database, while ensuring data accuracy through audits and dashboards.

The role requires 4+ years in IT asset management and data analytics, with strong Excel and SAP knowledge. Excellent English communication and cross-team collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 4+ years in IT asset management systems and lifecycle management.
• 4+ years in data analytics and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, IT asset management processes, and supporting technologies.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting.
• Good English communication and ability to work independently and across teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CITAM or ITIL certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets from acquisition through disposal.
• Tag, track, loan, repair, and dispose assets as needed.
• Maintain accurate asset records (custodian, warranty, status, refresh, end-of-life).
• Conduct physical and system inventory audits, analyze variances, ensure data accuracy.
• Control asset acquisition, storage, movement, and disposal with stakeholders.
• Prepare asset reports and dashboards to support governance and process improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in IT asset management.
