Job summary

Tamer Mölnlycke Care is seeking an IT Specialist to support ERP and manufacturing solutions in our Jeddah operation. You will collaborate with IT and business teams, external partners and vendors to clarify needs and deliver effective configurations and developments.

The role involves managing projects, ensuring quality, and maintaining documentation while expanding expertise across business processes, applications, and technology in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering/computer science/IT required.
• Minimum 3 years of IT-solution development experience.
• Solid ERP experience in manufacturing; Oracle NetSuite preferred; SAP experience beneficial.
• Experience with production-related applications (WMS, Planning, MES, Logistics).
• Basic BI/reporting tools experience (Power BI).
• Understanding IT/OT landscape in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Support local business teams with ERP and manufacturing solutions; clarify needs with stakeholders.

Job Requirements

The purpose of the position is to achieve the IT team’s overall mission by support relevant business process, contributes to solution development or configuration work in close collaboration with the IT and business team members, external partners and other relevant stakeholders.

Education

• University Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
• Minimum 3 year’s work experience in IT-solution development.

Experience

• Solid experience in operating ERP systems in a manufacturing environment, with Oracle Net Suite (preferred) as IT Specialist or Key User. Experience in SAP would be beneficial.
• Knowledge about application management of production-relevant applications such as WMS, Planning, MES, Logistics solutions or other.
• Basic experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI).
• Basic understanding of IT/OT landscape requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with external partners and suppliers, including coordination, technical clarification, controlled change management, and quality assurance.

Computer Skills

Accountabilities

• Support local business teams with current and future ERP and other manufacturing solutions and constructively challenge users, stakeholders and suppliers to clarify needs & solutions
• Manage project and development work with internal teams and external partners/suppliers, ensuring delivery quality, alignment to standards, and timely execution.
• Delivers quality configuration & development work relating to IT-systems in scope. This includes estimation, planning and management of configuration work, development work or other tasks reporting on progress
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation for configurations, processes, support models, and solution changes.
• Delivers on assigned backlog deliverables and iterations.
• Develop and maintain technical and process expertise in relevant areas (business processes, applications, technology, manufacturing digitalisation).
• Work with the Business and IT teams to develop, maintain and share business process, solution and application expertise and best practice with users.

Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

• On-call support for critical manufacturing systems may be required.
• Working hours may be flexed occasionally to support production schedules
