Job summary

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking an experienced IT Administrator in Riyadh to lead and secure our client’s IT infrastructure. The role emphasizes managing servers, networks, and security across LAN/WAN, VPNs, and cloud platforms, with strong experience in cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in IT administration, networking, and cybersecurity, preferably with real estate industry exposure, and strong troubleshooting and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Five years of IT administration, networking, and cybersecurity experience.
• Experience in real estate is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, M365, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure (servers, workstations, networking devices).
• Configure LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and best practices.
• Monitor performance and ensure availability and security of IT services.
• Perform system upgrades, patching, backups, and DR activities.
• Manage user accounts and security permissions.
• Coordinate security assessments and remediation.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Liaise with vendors for IT procurement and maintenance.
• Support real estate apps, ERP, CRM, and property management software.
• Maintain IT documentation and asset inventories.
• Recommend improvements to optimize IT performance and security.

Our client, a leading real estate company based in Riyadh, is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to manage and secure its IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in networking and cybersecurity, preferably within the real estate industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT systems, ensuring network security, and supporting technology solutions that drive business operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, networking devices, and communication systems
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches
• Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and best practices to safeguard organizational data and systems
• Monitor network performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT services
• Perform system upgrades, patch management, data backups, and disaster recovery activities
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and security permissions
• Conduct security assessments and coordinate remediation efforts
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network‑related issues
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for IT procurement and maintenance

• Hands‑on experience with firewalls, endpoint security solutions, and security monitoring tools
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and virtualization technologies
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, backup solutions, and disaster recovery processes
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
