Job summary

Confidential in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Director of Compliance to lead the regulatory compliance function of a leading financial services organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, enhancing governance, and supporting IPO readiness and ongoing listing obligations.

You will develop a risk-based compliance framework, ensure SAMA and CMA compliance, oversee AML/CFT and regulatory risk management, manage regulatory relationships, and report independently to the Audit

Qualifications

• 10+ years in banking or regulated financial institutions.
• 7+ years in compliance and 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of SAMA regulations and CMA requirements.
• Experience with IPO readiness and listed-company compliance desirable.
• Bachelor's degree; professional certifications (CCO/ICA) and AML/CFT certs required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee a risk-based compliance framework with monitoring, testing, reporting and remediation.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA and CMA requirements and regulatory risk management.
• Oversee AML/CFT, customer protection and regulatory examinations.
• Manage regulatory relationships and corrective action plans.
• Lead IPO readiness, governance, disclosures, insider controls and post-listing compliance.
• Provide independent compliance reporting to Audit Committee and Board.
• Lead and develop the compliance team and promote a strong compliance culture.
