Job summary

Perfect Vision - KSA is seeking an IoT Engineer to design how thousands of devices connect, authenticate, provision and stream data securely, building the connectivity layer and fleet-management tooling that keep our connected estate healthy at scale.

You will design and operate the device-to-cloud connectivity using MQTT and cloud services (AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub or equivalent) and build provisioning, identity and lifecycle workflows for large device populations.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS or related field.
• Hands-on IoT cloud platform experience.
• Strong IoT protocols knowledge (MQTT/HTTP).
• Programming in Python/Node.js/Go/Java.
• Knowledge of device security and identity management.
• Experience with data pipelines or streaming systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate device-to-cloud connectivity using MQTT and cloud IoT services.
• Build provisioning, identity, and lifecycle workflows for large fleets.
• Develop ingestion pipelines feeding telemetry into the platform.
• Implement mutual TLS, certificates, and secure onboarding.
• Create edge and cloud logic for remote config and OTA orchestration.
• Monitor connectivity health, observability, and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with embedded and backend teams on APIs and storage.
