Want More in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to oversee stock levels, monitor movements, and develop strategies to optimize inventory control.

You will lead a warehouse team, coordinate with purchasing, analyze forecasts, and implement procedures to reduce discrepancies and improve accuracy. This is a contract role with a monthly salary of $1,800, plus health insurance, annual leave, and airfare allowance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Inventory Manager or similar role in retail or wholesale industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management software.
• Proven track record of improving inventory control processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with safety regulations related to storage and handling of goods.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stock shortages or excesses.
• Analyze sales projections and historical data to forecast future inventory needs.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate tracking of stock movements.
• Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Oversee the storage and organization of inventory in accordance with safety standards.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile with system records to identify discrepancies.
• Manage a team of warehouse staff and provide training on inventory management processes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify slow-moving or obsolete products for clearance.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and any discrepancies for management review.
