Job summary

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure stock accuracy at our Riyadh facility. You will perform daily cycle counts and audits, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate with outbound/inbound teams to fix stock alignments.

The role requires 1–2 years in QA or inventory control, proficiency with Excel, and experience with warehouse systems. A transferable Iqama is mandatory to join our global network.

Responsibilities

Amazon Saudi Arabia is currently recruiting highly analytical Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Specialists to ensure impeccable stock accuracy and resolve inventory discrepancies at our Riyadh facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily cycle counts and rigorous audits of warehouse bins using advanced scanning technology.
• Investigate root causes of missing, damaged, or misplaced retail goods to prevent future operational delays.
• Collaborate closely with the outbound and inbound teams to correct digital stock misalignments immediately.
• Maintain absolute compliance with Amazon's standard operating procedures regarding damaged goods disposal.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of prior experience in quality assurance, inventory control, or retail auditing.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable operating proprietary warehouse inventory systems and proficient with basic Microsoft Excel functions.
• Legal Status: Must possess a valid Iqama that is readily transferable without any employer restrictions.
