Job summary

Abyat is seeking an experienced Inventory Supervisor to oversee stock control across our warehouse and showroom in Riyadh. You will coordinate cycle counts, inspections, and inbound/outbound activities to ensure accuracy and smooth operations.

With 3–5 years in inventory management and proficiency in SAP and Excel, you will identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and drive process compliance on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in inventory management or logistics.
• Experience with cycle counting, inspection, returns, inbound, and outbound operations.
• Experience in warehouse and showroom inventory.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Arabic language proficiency is a must.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inventory operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
• Monitor products within the warehouse and showroom inventory cycles.
• Coordinate inventory activities across warehouse and showroom locations.
• Conduct cycle counts and monitor inbound, outbound, and return inventory.
• Identify and follow up on inventory discrepancies and related issues.
• Manage and follow up on inventory-related applications through the ticketing system.
• Ensure compliance with inventory processes on the floor.
• Investigate inventory issues and escalate when required.
