Job summary

Al Qadisiyah is seeking a Player Recruitment Scout to identify and evaluate talented female football players who can strengthen the club's first team. You will produce high-quality talent intelligence and recommendations aligned with the team’s philosophy and performance goals.

The role requires live scouting, video analysis, and robust reporting, with frequent travel to cover the allocated territory and strong liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Sports Science or related field.
  • Certifications in scouting/talent ID (e.g., PFSA, FIFA, FA) are an asset.
  • Previous scouting or recruiting experience in professional Women's football.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for scouting assignments and match coverage.
  • Deep understanding of football, especially women's football, talent identification, and player development.
  • Strong analytical, observational, and report-writing skills.
  • Experience using video scouting platforms (e.g., Wyscout, Hudl) and/or performance analytic tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaison with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Knowledge of women's football in the allocated territory.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and scout players to identify potential recruits in your allocated territory.
  • Assess players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, physical attributes and psychological traits against club criteria.
  • Scout players through live observation and video analysis using available platforms and digital tools as required.
  • Produce detailed scouting reports with player evaluations, strengths, weaknesses and development potential.
  • Present findings and recommendations to the Women’s Sporting Director.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date player profiles, notes and talent databases.
  • Develop professional networks with grassroots clubs, academies, coaches, agents and other scouting contacts to source insights and referrals.
  • Attend talent ID sessions, trials and scouting events to stay connected within the women’s football ecosystem.
  • Ensure all scouting activities adhere to club policies, Saudi Arabia Football Federation regulations and safeguarding standards.
