Job summary

Lean Technologies in Riyadh seeks an Internal Auditor to own the annual risk-based audit plan across licensed entities, ensuring governance, risk management and internal controls align with SAMA and CBUAE frameworks.

You will provide direct assurance to the Board during rapid growth, collaborate with regulators, and help shape the control environment for a fintech leader in the MENA region.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of hands-on internal audit experience in fintech/payments.
• Familiarity with GCC regulatory frameworks (SAMA, CBUAE, FSRA) and certifications CIA/CISA/ACCA.
• Fluency in Arabic and English with analytical skepticism.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute the annual risk-based audit plan across AML/CFT, regulatory compliance, tech ops, and financial controls across jurisdictions.
• Conduct end-to-end audits of control design and operating effectiveness, drafting findings for senior management and relevant regulatory committees.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and external auditors to ensure comprehensive governance and risk management coverage.
