Job summary

SiFi - Simplified Financial Solutions Company is seeking an Internal Audit Manager in Riyadh to coordinate and oversee internal audit activities with an external specialist. You will strengthen internal controls, identify risk areas, and monitor remediation to enhance governance.

Responsibilities include planning audits, coordinating with the external firm, evaluating controls, and communicating findings to senior management and the Board where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance, preferably in regulated financial services or FinTech.
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation capabilities, able to explain complex information simply and effectively.
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, able to work independently without direct reports.
• Proven ability to coordinate with external service providers and internal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) are big pluses.

Responsibilities

• Audit Planning & Coordination: Develop and maintain a risk-based internal audit plan and coordinate with external audit firms.
• Assess risks across business units including product, operations and IT security, and review controls.
• Monitor remediation efforts and verify timely resolution of audit findings.
• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Stay informed of evolving requirements and prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build relationships with Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT Security and senior management.
