Job summary

MAGRABi Retail Group is seeking a data and policy master data professional in Riyadh to review, validate, and manage insurance policy data within the POS system. The role supports stores by resolving policy inquiries and ensuring data accuracy across all MAGRABi and Doctor M locations.

The candidate will update policy benefits, coverage limits, and changes to stay compliant with insurance agreements, while maintaining data integrity in the ERP/POS environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to review and validate insurance policy data accurately is preferred.
• Ability to analyze insurance policy benefits and coverage is preferred.
• Exposure to maintaining and updating master data in a POS or ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Download and review insurance policy files to confirm data accuracy before uploading into the POS system
• Add insurance policies to the POS system so that stores can process insurance invoices efficiently
• Update insurance policy benefits, coverage limits, and policy changes to maintain compliance with insurance agreements
• Maintain the accuracy and availability of insurance policy data across all MAGRABi and Doctor M stores in the POS system
• Provide daily support to stores by resolving policy-related inquiries
• Investigate and resolve policy setup and master data issues that would otherwise cause billing errors or claim rejections
