Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair various instruments and control systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments and control systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities for record keeping purposes.
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and solve complex problems.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures while working on equipment.
• Stay updated on new technologies and industry developments related to instrumentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of instrumentation principles, including knowledge of different types of sensors, transmitters, controllers, etc.
• Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
