Job summary

Client of Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer to lead end-to-end design, development and implementation of innovative learning solutions in a corporate setting. You will apply adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies to create interactive training programs that drive performance and align with business objectives.

Responsibilities include content design using Articulate 360 and Adobe Captivate, applying ADDIE/SAM, collaborating with SMEs,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in Education, Communication, or Learning, Design, and Technology.
3–5 years of instructional design experience in a large corporate setting.
Strong portfolio demonstrating e-learning design.

Responsibilities

Content design and development of highly engaging e-learning modules, simulations and blended learning.
Apply ADDIE/SAM and adult learning principles to structure and deliver training solutions.
Independently manage end-to-end lifecycle of multiple training projects in a fast-paced environment.
Design robust program evaluation methodologies to measure learning impact and drive improvement.
Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to meet learning objectives.
Maintain clear communication and provide updates to stakeholders throughout the design process.
