Job summary

DTEX Systems is seeking an Insider Threat Analyst to join our on-site team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The role combines teamwork with independent work to analyze activity data, identify threat patterns, and deliver actionable insights to customers.

You will prepare reports with metrics, collaborate with clients to define focus areas, and help refine use cases and algorithms for the DTEX platform while maintaining privacy and trust across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in BI, operations or analytics, with security investigations preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and multivariate analysis skills.
• Experience using BI and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• UEBA and behavioral analytics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to define focus areas for investigations.
• Prepare and deliver reports with metrics and data visualizations.
• Develop recommendations to remediate threats and promote a secure customer environment.
• Establish trust by maintaining privacy and confidentiality for all interactions with the customer and their data.
• Enhance and update profiles, develop new use cases and algorithms for the intelligence package releases.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for customers as needed.
• Coordinate with engineering for Tier 3 support of DTEX solutions.
• Provide feedback to engineering based on customer impressions and report bugs.
