Job summary

DTEX is seeking an Insider Threat Analyst to join our on-site team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will analyze customer activity data, build and refine use cases, and deliver actionable insights to protect client environments.

The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience with BI tools and data platforms. You will work with customers and engineering teams to address threats and improve the DTEX intelligence platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, operations, or analytics.
• Experience in security related investigations is strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with systematic analysis to reach quick resolutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey findings to management levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer activity data to identify threat-related events, behaviors, and patterns.
• Coordinate with customers to determine areas of interest and concern for investigations.
• Prepare and deliver reports with metrics and visualizations to communicate discoveries to customers.
• Develop recommendations to address findings and promote a secure customer environment.
• Establish trust with clients by maintaining privacy and objectivity with data.
• Enhance and update profiles, develop new use cases, and improve algorithms for intelligence packages.
