Job summary

WSP in the Middle East seeks a Site Planner to lead development and maintenance of project schedules for large-scale infrastructure, including IWTPs, pumping stations, and substations. You will coordinate with EPC contractors, design teams, and project representatives to ensure timely delivery from Financial Close through warranties.

The role requires 7–12 years in project planning, a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, and familiarity with BIM-based planning and schedule control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• 7–12 years of experience in project planning for large-scale infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and update integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Review EPC contractor schedules and time‑impact analyses.
• Monitor progress, identify critical paths, and report schedule status monthly.
• Coordinate planning interfaces between EPC contractor, O&M, and external agencies.
• Prepare monthly schedule reports, recovery plans, and look‑ahead schedules.
• Develop commissioning schedules and align timelines for testing and handover.
