Responsibilities

• Vendor Management & Delivery Governance: oversee vendor activities and ensure scope, quality, timelines, and policies.
• Infrastructure Design & Technical Solutions: review designs and provide guidance for enterprise requirements.
• Technology Innovation & Continuous Improvement: assess new tech and IT strategy contributions.
• Technical Project Management (TPM): coordinate internal teams, consultants, and vendors for project delivery.
• Asset Infrastructure Planning: support scalable, reliable IT assets and future readiness.
• Stakeholder Management: liaise with cross-functional teams and business owners.
• Risk, Security & Compliance: ensure cybersecurity compliance and risk mitigation.
• Project Governance & Documentation: maintain design standards, plans, and reports.
