Zutari is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support coordination and execution of infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will work with senior project managers on planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management, and quality control to ensure projects meet Zutari’s standards and client expectations.

This role supports Saudization and local talent development, and is reserved for eligible Saudi nationals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally in infrastructure, architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or other project scheduling software.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design and engineering tools is a plus.
• Certifications: PMP or CAPM (preferred but not mandatory).
• Language: Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with goals.
• Support the Project Manager in liaising with clients, regulatory bodies, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and present project updates, reports, and documentation for stakeholders.
• Monitor project risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
• Track project expenditures and assist in financial reporting.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and logs; support progress reporting and client reviews.
