Job summary

شركة التيسير العربية is seeking an IT Infrastructure Administrator to maintain and support the organization's on-premises servers, virtualization, backup, storage, email and endpoints. You will resolve technical incidents, implement approved changes, and support secure, reliable IT services in coordination with the infrastructure supervisor and cybersecurity team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is required.
• 3–4 years of experience in a similar role or at the same position.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, VMware, and backup/recovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Review monitoring alerts, investigate recurring issues and coordinate cases with vendors and service providers.
• Implement security hardening and vulnerability remediation; maintain system documentation and change evidence.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows servers, physical infrastructure and VMware VMs; monitor availability, performance and capacity.
• Operate Veeam backup and replication jobs; investigate failures and perform restore tests; support DR exercises.
• Use ManageEngine Endpoint Central to deploy software and patches across endpoints.
• Support privileged access management through PAM, including onboarding, access troubleshooting and session checks.

Role Description:

Maintain and support the organization's on-premises servers, virtualization, backup, storage, email and endpoint systems. Resolve technical incidents, implement approved changes and support secure, reliable IT services in coordination with the infrastructure supervisor and cybersecurity team.

Responsibilities:

• Review monitoring alerts, investigate recurring issues and coordinate technical cases with vendors and service providers.


• Implement approved security hardening and vulnerability remediation; maintain system documentation, asset records and change implementation evidence.


• Install, configure and maintain Windows servers, physical infrastructure and VMware virtual machines; monitor system availability, performance and capacity.


• Operate Veeam backup and replication jobs, investigate failures and perform documented restore tests; support disaster recovery exercises.


• Use ManageEngine Endpoint Central to deploy software, manage endpoints and apply approved operating system and application patches


• Support privileged access management through PAM, including approved account onboarding, access troubleshooting and session recording checks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology


• At least 3-4 years at the same position


• Windows Server 2019 or later; Active Directory, Group Policy and DNS administration.


• VMware vSAN, vSphere Replication and Site Recovery Manager; participation in disaster recovery testing.


• Experience supporting production systems, troubleshooting incidents and implementing changes through documented procedures.
