• Lead advisory mandates on infrastructure projects, including feasibility studies and market analysis.
• Develop procurement strategies for large-scale capital projects.
• Structure complex contracts and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Advise on project governance, risk assessment, and PM frameworks.
• Support bid development and procurement processes, including bid evaluation.
• Provide implementation advice through design and construction phases.
• Drive business development and respond to region-wide RFPs.
• Build PwC's market profile through publications and conferences.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with senior leadership.
