Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in information security roles.
• Strong knowledge of network and system security principles.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001/27002 or NIST.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement information security policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry best practices.
• Conduct regular assessments of systems and networks to identify vulnerabilities and risks.
• Monitor for security breaches or incidents and respond to contain the threat.
• Perform regular audits of user access privileges and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls on networks, servers, and other systems.
• Stay up-to-date on security threats, trends, and technologies to improve our security posture.
• Provide training and awareness sessions for employees on information security best practices.
