Job summary

Laverne Group | مجموعة لافيرن is seeking an Influencer Marketing Specialist to plan and execute influencer collaborations from concept to launch. You will coordinate with influencers, content creators, designers, and performance marketing teams to drive engagement, conversions, and sales across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Experience in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media or Campaign Management.
• Strong understanding of influencer platforms and performance KPIs.
• Ability to coordinate multiple influencers and deliverables simultaneously.
• Proficient communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns and promotional activities from concept through launch.
• Identify and coordinate with relevant influencers and content creators based on campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Manage influencer collaborations, including agreements, content requirements, publishing schedules, and campaign deliverables.
• Develop clear briefs for influencers, content creators, and designers, and follow up on the delivery of required visuals and videos.
• Review influencer content to ensure alignment with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and agreed deliverables.
• Coordinate with the performance marketing team to monitor campaign results, advertising costs, conversions, and sales performance.
• Track and analyze influencer and campaign performance to identify successful activities and areas for improvement.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, promotions, pricing, and marketing activities to identify new campaign opportunities.
• Support WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns by defining target customer segments, offers, and campaign messaging.
• Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting performance, key learnings, results, and recommendations for future campaigns.
