Job summary

KSB Pumps Arabia is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join the Production Department. You will support production planning, scheduling, process monitoring, reporting and continual improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting.

Key duties include planning production processes, capacity, resources, and schedules; reviewing BOMs and drawings; using Just Plan It for scheduling; and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.
• 0-1 year of experience in manufacturing, machine parts, welding, machining, or assembly.
• Strong analytical, systems, and process-thinking skills.
• Problem-solving mindset.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Interest in production and manufacturing engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan production processes, capacity, resources, and schedules.
• Review Bill of Materials and mechanical drawings released by Engineering.
• Prepare and update production schedules using planning tools such as Just Plan It.
• Provide production teams with the required documentation and schedules.
• Monitor production quality, quantity, safety, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Engineering on BOM and drawing-related feedback.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Participate in audits and support corrective action implementation.
• Identify and contribute to continual improvement projects.
