Job summary

EY in Riyadh seeks an Associate/Senior Associate to join the Independence - Risk Management team. This entry-level position focuses on compliance, risk and ethics, supporting independence procedures and center of excellence.

You will learn to apply auditor independence rules in line with EY policies, contribute to client acceptance and ongoing independence checks, and collaborate with teams across the region while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Risk, Accounting, Business, or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate effectively within a team across multiple stakeholders.
• Interest in compliance, ethics and independence standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Independence Procedures Center of Excellence with auditor independence rules.
• Assist in client acceptance and periodic independence procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with EY teams across the region.
• Promote ethics, audit quality, risk management and independence within the firm.
• Participate in additional projects to support independence initiatives.
