Your Role

We are seeking a IBS Regional Implementation Manager to lead and oversee indoor mobile coverage deployment activities across the assigned region. This role requires strong expertise in IBS/DAS systems, including site surveys, coverage analysis, indoor design validation, equipment installation, vendor management, and regional‑level coordination. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with indoor active and passive components, and familiarity with Huawei and Nokia indoor solutions is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end indoor mobile coverage solution deployment (IBS/DAS) across the region
• Conduct and validate site surveys, RF coverage evaluations, and related technical assessments
• Review and support indoor designs based on coverage analysis and project requirements
• Oversee installation of active and passive indoor equipment, ensuring adherence to standards
• Supervise daily field activities and ensure timely completion of site‑level milestones
• Lead regional deployment planning, including timelines, resource coordination, and site readiness
• Conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders, providing progress updates and status reporting
• Ensure vendors comply with quality, safety, and client requirements

Your Profile

• Based in, KSA in region to be confirmed, with full flexibility to travel to sites across the region.
• Extensive experience in mobile telecom indoor coverage deployment (IBS/DAS).
• Strong knowledge of site surveys, coverage evaluation, design processes, and installation workflows.
• Solid understanding of indoor hardware solutions, covering active and passive components; experience with Huawei and Nokia is a plus.
• Proven experience managing regional‑level activities, including multi‑site coordination, stakeholder meetings, and progress reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise contractors and ensure high‑quality, timely implementation.
• Arabic is preferred, with strong communication and leadership skills.
