Job summary

Bechtel in Riyadh seeks an Health & Safety Coordinator to implement ES&H programs, oversee safety activities, and support risk controls for a major airport project. You will contribute to regulatory compliance and incident investigations, coordinating with site teams and offices.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with preference for candidates familiar with Middle East operations and recognized HSE qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience or 6–9 years of relevant work experience.
• Nebosh IGC / IOSH / OSHA or similar qualifications preferred.
• Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or Middle East is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provides assistance across ES& H disciplines to support Bechtel's ES& H program.
• Develops and maintains safety and health programs and procedures.
• Maintains ES& H databases, incident records, and corrective actions.
• Leads risk assessments, mitigation planning, and monitoring for ES& H issues.
• Supports training, emergency preparedness, and QA programs.
