A private family in Riyadh has asked Medical Staff Talent to introduce a pair of UK & European-trained ICU Critical Care Nurses. A family member is coming home after a long intensive care stay and needs critical-care-level nursing for the foreseeable future.

The family always employs two nurses so that care never depends on one person. The two nurses alternate 12-hour day and night shifts, with a handover at each change. Six-day weeks and 24/7 availability are normal in Gulf household appointments, and the family plans around both.
