Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Level 2 Support Engineer in Riyadh to maintain IBM integration platforms across production and non-production environments. You will troubleshoot incidents, analyze logs and APIs, and manage deployments for platforms like WebSphere, API Connect, and DataPower.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, documentation discipline, and experience with CI/CD pipelines. Candidates should be able to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to knowledge base

Qualifications

• Proficient with IBM WebSphere, API Connect, and DataPower.
• Experience enabling API integration across platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control tools.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve L2 incidents and service requests.
• Analyze logs, validate APIs, and troubleshoot SQL/databases.
• Support IBM integration platforms across prod and non-prod.
• Deploy releases to pre-prod and prod environments.
• Perform post-deployment verification and smoke tests.
• Collaborate with L1, development, QA, and infra teams; document solutions.
