Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a seasoned L2 Application Support lead to oversee enterprise IBM Integration platforms, ensuring high availability and reliable day-to-day operations. You will provide technical leadership and hands-on support for ACE, IIB, and DataPower, resolving incidents and driving improvements.

You will coordinate with development, infrastructure and security teams, manage escalations, and mentor junior engineers while aligning with ITIL processes and SLA targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on expertise with IBM ACE, IIB and DataPower in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in L2 application support, production incidents and service requests.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the L2 Application Support team for IBM Integration platforms ensuring high availability and stable operations.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support across ACE, IIB and DataPower environments.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes per ITIL, and ensure SLAs are met; perform RCA for recurring issues.
