DXC Technology is seeking an experienced L2 Application Support lead to manage enterprise IBM Integration platforms and services. You will provide hands-on and leadership for ACE, IIB, and DataPower environments, resolving complex incidents with tight SLAs and coordinating across multiple teams.

You will mentor engineers, drive RCA and permanent fixes, and help improve monitoring, automation, and deployment processes to ensure platform stability and service quality.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with IBM Integration and application support.
• Proven leadership of L2 Application Support teams in enterprise settings.
• Hands-on expertise with IBM ACE, IIB and DataPower environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the L2 Application Support team for enterprise IBM Integration platforms and services.
• Provide technical leadership and hands-on support for ACE, IIB, and DataPower environments.
• Resolve complex incidents, service requests, and production issues within SLAs.
• Lead RCA, coordinate with multiple teams, and drive permanent corrective actions.
• Oversee deployments, changes, certificates, connectivity, and release procedures.
• Mentor L2 engineers and improve automation, monitoring, and documentation.
