Job summary

Flip retail seeks an HVAC/Mechanical design professional to design architectural drawings, review current projects, and prepare tender documents including HVAC and piping drawings. You will coordinate electrical interfaces, provide equipment data, and support procurement with detailed technical specs.

Travel to sites for support may be required in the region. The role involves overseeing CAD work, ensuring correct submittals, and coordinating with vendors for timely distribution and quality

Responsibilities

• To design brand-new tasks for the architectural illustrations from style section.
• To assess design of all ongoing projects.
• To prepare tender papers i.e. project specs BOQ as well as design illustrations of HVAC, as well as piping according to need.
• To supply in-time the devices relevant electric information loads, to electrical layout area for incorporation in their electric layout job.
• To give devices demands with complete technical details to purchase section.
• To ensure technological evaluation of all quote/ Technical submittals related to Mechanical services.
• To monitor the team of Vehicle CAD with in the area in regard of preparation of Style Drawings.
• To visit the tasks for technical support in side or out side the kingdom according to recommendations of the senior's.
• To see the manufacturing facilities for pre-shipment inspection's of new producer devices.
• To confirm the billings of the technical equipments, tools and material after shipment and technical verification, in Jeddah control system or at site.
• To handle document and meeting with the tools vendors for quotations and relevant technical maters based on spec as well as pursuance for in time distributions.
• Any various other job appointed by the administration
