Overview

You will be building and leading the HR function of a growing omni-channel retail startup based in Riyadh.

Heavily backed by a large, well known Saudi Retail Group and an International Investment firm, with ambitious growth strategy across KSA.

Strong international team, culture, strategy and opportunity to be part of an exciting journey.

This is a hands on role in a "startup culture" where you will be pivotal role in shaping HR framework, strategy, culture, talent, Saudization and working closely with the CEO.

It is very much a 360 degree, hands on role, growing with the business.

Summary:

Reporting directly to the CEO

CIPD qualified candidates are preferred as is experience in dealing in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship building with senior leadership team to align in delivering business results
  • Organizational structure and planning
  • Driving talent management and succession planning across the business
  • Ensure Learning and Development plans are in place and delivered for all employees
  • Responsible for processes of workforce planning and recruitment
  • Ensure HR processes are followed and activities are completed across business incl. objective setting, performance management, salary review, engagement survey and results
  • Ensure compliance to local regulations/HR policies/standards as well as solving employee disputes
  • Deliver HR results and KPIs
