Human Resource Manager for Leader in Heavy Lifting & Transportation Industry

Working at Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Working with leadership team, and with support from regional and global HR colleagues, you will be responsible for taking the HR goals of a global organisation and delivering them across your business, fulfilling the needs of our team members at every stage from hiring to retiring.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Leads the HR function to deliver Regional and Global HR strategies and policies, ensuring organizational effectiveness that supports both immediate and long-term business objectives.

  • Partners with management to accelerate talent deployment and development in compliance with company standards and KSA labor legislation.
  • Executes Mammoet's HR strategy, annual business plans, operating model, authorization matrix, and business control framework.
  • Ensures adherence to legal requirements, company procedures, and safety, health, sustainability, and social wellbeing standards.
  • Collaborates closely with line management, field and office personnel, payroll officers, and the work council.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Bachelor degree in HR or legal discipline with 15 years of relevant, broad, and deep work experience in people management, organization and job design, influencing & persuading and strong exposure to HR system in delivering results and meeting the customer expectation.
