Job summary

Sanofi is seeking an HSE-Workplace Experience Officer for our Riyadh site. You will help ensure safe, compliant operations through inspections, audits and continuous improvement, coordinating fire safety, life-safety systems and training.

The role requires 1–3 years in an HSE operational capacity, a Bachelor's degree, and HSE certification (Saudi HRSD). Fluency in Arabic and English is essential for collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in an HSE operational role in a corporate or site environment.
• Bachelor's degree and HSE certification required; Saudi HRSD certification preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility inspections, audits and compliance assessments to verify adherence to HSE management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor compliance with operational control procedures, permits, licenses and statutory obligations including contractor adherence to HSE requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee workplace experience and HSE programs including fire safety, emergency equipment, life-safety systems, training and periodic reviews.
• Lead workplace risk assessments and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness programs, drills and business continuity activities.
• Investigate facility-related incidents and non-conformities with the Workplace Experience team to keep the workplace safe.
• Maintain HSE documentation, compliance records and audit inspection reports liaising with landlords, vendors and workplace teams as needed.
