Job summary

MPH is seeking an HSE Specialist for a 12-month contract in Saudi Arabia to lead electrical safety activities across construction and commissioning projects. You will apply NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor standards, and ensure read-ability of electrical drawings while delivering training and technical reports.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of hands-on electrical safety experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and valid First Aid/CPR certification, with hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in electrical safety, especially in construction/commissioning.
• Strong understanding of electrical hazards, LOTO, energization, safe testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE activities for electrical projects on site.
• Deliver HSE training and develop technical reports.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Our client which is a major energy technology partner focused on electrification, automation, and digitalization is currently looking for an HSE Specialist for the below requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline
• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• 5–8 years of proven experience in electrical safety (mandatory), particularly within construction and commissioning environments
• Solid understanding of electrical hazards, LOTO, energization processes, and safe testing & commissioning practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, delivering HSE training, and preparing technical reports

Given the critical nature of electrical activities, candidates with hands-on experience in high-risk electrical operations will be highly preferred.

Terms: 12 Months contract , extendable

Due date to start : 10th Oct

Location : KSA

Work timing : 10Hrs including Breaks /7 days a week
