Job summary

MPH is seeking an HSE Specialist to oversee electrical safety in high-risk environments within the energy technology sector. The role requires coordinating safety protocols, training teams, and producing technical reports to ensure compliance.

The candidate must hold NEBOSH IGC, a related engineering/OSH degree, and relevant First Aid/CPR certifications, with 5–8 years of electrical safety experience in construction/commissioning. Location: KSA, 12-month contract, 10-hour days, 7 days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline is required.
• NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification is required.
• 5–8 years of proven experience in electrical safety, particularly in construction and commissioning environments.
• Solid understanding of electrical hazards, LOTO, energization processes, and safe testing & commissioning practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, delivering HSE training, and preparing technical reports.

Our client which is a major energy technology partner focused on electrification, automation, and digitalization is currently looking for an HSE Specialist for the below requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline
• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory)
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification
• 5–8 years of proven experience in electrical safety (mandatory), particularly within construction and commissioning environments
• Solid understanding of electrical hazards, LOTO, energization processes, and safe testing & commissioning practices
• Ability to read and interpret technical electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, delivering HSE training, and preparing technical reports

Given the critical nature of electrical activities, candidates with hands-on experience in high-risk electrical operations will be highly preferred.

Terms: 12 Months contract , extendable
