Job summary

Larsen & Toubro in Riyadh seeks an HSE professional to develop and assist site management in implementing the HSE Management System and project-specific HSE plans. You will lead inspections, ensure PPE compliance, and promote a proactive safety culture on site.

You will conduct incident investigations, advise on corrective actions, coordinate work permit implementations, screen workers, deliver HSE inductions, and oversee first aid and fire drill readiness to maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing HSE management systems and site-specific HSE plans.
• Carrying out HSE inspections of work areas, methods, personnel, machines, and materials.
• Creating HSE awareness through Pep Talks.
• Conducting incident investigations and recommending corrective actions.
• Advising on and coordinating implementation of work permit systems.
• Inspecting PPE and ensuring 100% usage of required PPE.
• Reporting to HSEM on HSE status and site-level promotional programmes.
• Screening of workmen and conducting HSE inductions.
• Monitoring administration of first aid.
• Conducting fire drills and maintaining fire extinguishers.
