What will you be doing at MBRF?
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and procedures across operations
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations, identifying unsafe conditions and ensuring timely corrective actions
- Record and follow up on incidents, accidents, near misses, unsafe conditions and environmental emergencies, and support root cause investigations and action plans
- Monitor HSE KPIs and contribute to safety committees and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide HSE training to employees and visitors, including regular Toolbox Talks, and promote a strong safety culture across the site
- Ensure the correct use and availability of PPE and compliance with safe working practices
- Coordinate fire protection activities, emergency preparedness and drills, ensuring firefighting systems and related documentation are up to date
- Maintain and update HSE procedures, records and reports, and provide required documentation to local authorities
- Support purchase requests for HSE-related goods and services and related administrative processes
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Logistics, HR and other teams to strengthen overall HSE performance
What kind of profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Health, Safety & Environment or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of HSE experience, preferably in food processing, manufacturing or a similar operational environment
- Relevant HSE certification (NEBOSH, IOSH and/or OSHA) and required KSA professional registration
- Good knowledge of HSE practices, risk assessment, incident investigation, fire safety and basic first aid
- Native Arabic and business-level English
- Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate, with flexibility to work 6 days per week at the site, located over one hour from Jeddah city center
